Annual Prize – Winner

Congratulations to Professor Afaf Girgis and her team, who have been awarded the $5,000 SWSR Annual Prize to support their collaborative research. Their research aims to improve patient well-being and cancer outcomes by developing, implementing and evaluating a novel integrated e-health system that will facilitate the routine collection of patient reported outcomes (PROs) as part of standard practice.

South West Sydney Research (SWSR) is offering a $5,000 prize to recognise and nurture collaborative research amongst our members. The winning research program can put the funds towards any research-related expense. Apply to receive recognition for your collaborative research! The deadline to apply is 22nd September 2017, with the SWSR Hub Prize recipient(s) announced at the Ingham Institute Awards Night.
