Kitikana@home – “Be Happy at Home”
Kitikana@home is a free eight-week culturally proficient exercise program for people of all ages. We stream our fitness programs direct to you in your home through zoom by Coach Marc Fitness. Sessions will run on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11:00am to 12:00pm. Classes will be a mix of dance, shadow boxing and circuit training.
